Soil To Supper was developed in 2011 after Cath Manuel realised the need for information delivered in simple methods to support people to grow and enjoy fresh food and live sustainable lifestyles.
Our Programs and Services provide simple techniques, information and inspiring ideas to grow healthy gardens, enjoy seasonal harvesting and creative ideas for healthy meals.
One-on-One Onsite Consultations are available for the home gardener, aged care and community support organisations. I’ll share with you my extensive knowledge of horticulture and therapeutic gardens to support you to establish and maintain thriving gardens to grow healthy food.
The Soil to Supper Membership Community provides you with a deeper understanding of growing healthy food and enjoying a sustainable lifestyle. This fabulous online Community connects members from around the world who share a passion for growing and enjoying fresh food.
Our Horticultural Therapy Program assists with the delivery of in-house garden therapy activities for aged care, disability support, community gardens and school gardens.
With extensive experience as a guest speaker/workshop presenter I am available to present at your events upon request. Topics of organic gardening, growing healthy food and horticultural therapy within aged care are my speciality.

Cath Manuel is the Founder and Director of Soil to Supper.
Cath is a Horticultural Consultant specialising in Therapeutic and Kitchen Gardens in Aged Care Homes.
She has many years’ experience in the horticulture industry and has a great passion for inspiring people of all ages and abilities to enjoy gardening activities and grow fresh food.
Cath hosts ‘The Wellbeing Garden’ Podcast Program and also presents and many conferences and events nationally.
She holds a Diploma of Horticulture, Certificate in Horticultural Therapy and has completed a Permaculture Design Course as well as further training in horticultural therapy and organic food growing.
Cath ran a successful Landscape Gardening Business from 1999 on the Sunshine Coast before switching to organic growing practices to create productive and beautiful gardens for clients.
Cath’s interests are in teaching others all aspects of therapeutic, organic gardening and sustainability, as she believes this is so important for our health and wellbeing. She is also passionate about growing and cooking her own family’s food and has an interest in the health benefits from gardening and also plants and their uses.
Her knowledge is shared worldwide, through various publications, and also nationally on radio, television and at events.
